Our all weather furniture products are produced in our factory located in Nusa Dua - Bali.
Our Duo weaves are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and besides their high tensile strength, they are UV resistant, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, color last, chemical resistant and weatherproof. The frames used in our furniture products are made of aluminum with standard minimum thickness of 1.5mm; coated with special aluminum treatment for its all weather purpose. As they are 100% recyclable, our furniture are absolutely safe for the environment.
Our furniture resist harsh outdoor conditions for years under very low maintenance, and our company offers three years warranty that under normal use, proper handling and proper care, our furniture products will be free from defects of cracking, weathering and breaking. You will have no problem leaving them outside the whole year in the rain and leave them to dry naturally. Snow, rain, saltwater and chlorine will not change or damage the furniture so they are perfect both for outdoor and indoor furniture.
A full year warranty is given to furniture spare parts (e.g. hinges, sunbed slots, wheels, kick plates, aluminum feet and plastic feet).
We also accept custom made design so please provide your design, measurements and quantity and we will happily prepare you a quotation. The furniture will be quoted based on your design however we will use our standard fabrication which allows us to make adjustments and modifications when necessary. Pret a Porter Weaves :
Black 4mm: This sleek fiber has made a grand entrance into our 2011 Prêt a Porter collection. It gives a heavy urbane touch to our furniture collection, especially to some of newly developed exceptional patterns for the 2011 collection.
Woodstock 6mm: Another fresh addition to our 2011 collection. This new woody fiber shades from dark greenish to solid brown that creates a vintage look. It works great for classical furniture models in creating back-to-nature effect.
Starlight 6mm: Another new weave added into our collection. Its washed effect is ranging from white to dark grey color creates effortlessly island style living and outdoor. Its texture brings new dimension into more than just another white fiber.
Prussian Dark Bronze 7mm: Our best selling Prêt-a-Porter collection weave that stood the test of time since the first time we launched it. Its rich appearance is due to color gradation from dark ash to golden glittery effect. Simply a winner.
Red Pine 12mm: Not sure how this weave is going to look when turn to furniture? Take a look into our newest Bali collection woven in old-fashion pattern. It has brought the best out of this palm leaves looking weave.
COUTURE WEAVES :
Rough Bamboo 6mm: Wild and beautiful are the words to translate this look, with shade ranging from black to light grey. Although quoted in premium prices, this fiber has been our Couture collection best seller and continued to prove that quality and great value is still consumer’s first consideration.
White Washed 6mm: This stunning white washed weave brings a new light to your outdoor space, and not to mention this color reflects heat. Sea side, flower bushes, or open-air decking, this weave will blend perfectly into it.
Ginger 5mm: Home owners stay further away from plastic-looking fibers and how we appreciate the positive response to the last year’s couture fibers. This year we complete our collection with a new thick wicker look that has actual rough wicker feel. Turn the contemporary to exotic by using this weave to the models of your choice.
Silky White 2mm: This weave has won a place in home owner’s heart by its finesse. Its color gradation varies from white to grey echoes sophistication. If this is what you aim for, it couldn’t be more perfect choosing this weave for your entire living.
Summer Grass 2mm: Thinking of combining teak top tables to the lounge set or dining set of your selection, then this dried grass looking weave works fabulously in creating a whole natural atmosphere into your home.

FURNITURE COVER
Water Proof Fabrics:
Although you may not need it, furniture covers are available in the case you need them to cover your beautiful furniture from dirt and dust when they’re not in use. They’re available in Crème and Light Grey color.
CUSHIONS, FABRIC & FOAM
Duo Plush 2011 The principal cushion you need for outdoor and indoor use.
Sun Proof :
Our soft but durable cushions are available in seven different shades that withstand all weather conditions with 1 year warranty of UV-resistance treatment. White and light colors are always recommended for longer outdoor use. Being washable and durable, it’s so easy in maintenance.
Sunbrella :
Sunbrella Fabric with 5 years warranty for UV – resistance treatment is also available upon request. Please contact us to check stock availability.
Foam:
All our cushions and pillows are made of standard foam for indoor use, which needs storing during rainy period. Quick Dry foam for heavy-duty all year round outdoor use is also available upon request.
OPTIONAL PART & SERVICES
Kickplates: We also offer optional accessories that go for heavy duty usage of chairs, sun beds and tables that is called aluminum kickplates (3mm thick) that covers 4cm weaving at the bottom of each leg.
Glasstops: 5mm standard clear glass tops are quoted separately in the case you will need them for your woven-top tables and woven-top coffee tables. Please let us know if you require tempered glass tops so we can quote you accordingly.
Packaging: We also offer optional packaging service in foam sheet and carton wrap should you need them; while special packaging for glass tops (in wooden crates) for overseas shipment should be quoted by your own cargo agent separately.
PRODUCTION TIME
We need 4-5 weeks production time for an order of 1x20’ container and 5-6 weeks for 1x40’ container load order.
For an order of less than 1x20’ container for the goods not in our stock, please allow us 2-4 weeks time.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our prices are quoted in USD currency. Overseas payments are done by international telegraphic transfer to our local bank account. We require 50% deposit upon order and the rest of the balance should be paid prior to release of the goods. Please note that it is most important that we receive the payment in full amount.
CONDITIONS
Our products are sold on ex-work Bali prices, which means any costs such as packaging (per clients’ request) and wooden crates (if required), handling, trucking, documentations, main air or sea freight will be clients’ responsibility. As our production facility is located in Bali, all containers will go to the closest international port which is in Surabaya-East Java. By your request, we can assist you on those handling. A shipping agent will be in contact with you so that you could negotiate the shipment and handling charges directly.
Additional costs such as insurance, customs clearance in your country and local delivery charges can usually be arranged through your local shipping agent or customs broker.
